Hi, I'm Séanín,

I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN) from Newry, Northern Ireland.

I graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Human Nutrition and I’m currently finishing my MSc in Dietetics.

I am passionate about nutrition and helping you to feel empowered to take control of your health with wholesome food, no fad diets and the most up to date evidence-based nutrition so you can make informed decisions in your everyday life. 

As someone with many chronic illnesses I strive to help others and how nutrition can help improve overall health. I believe no one should face stigma (whether it’s due to your body size, disability, etc) and everyone is entitled to the right healthcare service.

Registered with the Association for Nutrition (UKAfN) and the Nutrition Society, Séanín strives to enhance her skills and knowledge by bringing you the most up to date scientific-based evidence that is tailored to YOU! 

She has also completed additional courses, such as:

  • BAPEN Annual Conference (2019) 

  • Allergy UK: Allergy The Modern Epidemic (2019) 

  • Training in Intuitive Eating for Healthcare Professionals by the London Centre for Intuitive Eating (2018)


Séanín gained a variety of experience from working in areas such as:

  • Infant and childhood nutrition  

  • Healthy eating

  • Stroke

  • Weight management

  • Malnutrition

  • Gut Health (IBS and bowel problems)

  • Coeliac disease

  • Food Allergies

  • Nutrition for older people

  • Mental Health 

She has experience as a Health Writer and has featured in newsletters and blogs such as:

  • The Tribe Snacks ​


Séanín also provides nutrition consultancy services for companies, runs nutrition workshops and speaks at events see Services for more information.
